The Mulu Caves 2019 Expedition was the 28th Anglo-Sarawak Expedition to Gunung Mulu National Park and operated in the field between 4th October and 7th November 2019. The main team was based at Camp 5 in the Melinau Gorge with the objectivew of continuing explorations in Blackrock, Whiterock Caves in Api and Hurricane Hole in Benarat. A second team was based at Park Headquarters and were to continue exploration in Northern Clearwater following on from discoveries made earlier in the year. The expedition was assisted by National Park Management, staff and local people.
